One of the smaller neighborhood parks, South Side is 1.9 acres in size, located at the end of South Maple Street with Santa Fe Place on the east.
This colorful and attractive park offers outstanding playground equipment for the younger people. For the adults there is a picnic table and barbecue grill. A wide grassy area allows room to practice soccer, and a shelter offers a place to get out of the sun. A modest size parking area is available. South Side Park is situated on land donated by Phillips Petroleum Company in 1958. |
